What is executive presence coaching?

What does a coaching programme cover?

Is coaching delivered one to one or in a group?
Executive presence coaching is built around the individual, so it normally runs one to one. If a whole leadership team needs to work on the same thing, say so when you get in touch and Hilary will suggest a shape that fits.
How is this different from media training?
Media training prepares you for journalists and the interview format. Executive presence coaching is about how you land day to day, with colleagues, stakeholders and the board, rather than with the press.
